Terms and conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Solono mobile application ("App") and any services provided through the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
1. Use of the App
1.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
1.2. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering for an account on the App.
1.3. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
1.4. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
2. Dining Requests and Matches
2.1. Users may create dining requests specifying their preferred date, time, and restaurant.
2.2. Users interested in joining a dining request may indicate their interest, and matches will be made based on other user’s will and preference.
2.3. The App does not guarantee matches or successful dining arrangements and is not responsible for any disputes or issues that may arise between users.
3. User Conduct
3.1. Users agree to conduct themselves respectfully and courteously towards other users.
3.2. Users agree not to engage in any behavior that is unlawful, harassing, or otherwise objectionable while using the App.
3.3. Users are solely responsible for their interactions with other users, both online and offline.
4. Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
4.1. Solono explicitly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in all forms. Any content, communication, or activity promoting CSAE is strictly forbidden. Such content will be removed immediately, and appropriate actions will be taken against the responsible users.
4.2. Solono provides an in-app mechanism for users to submit feedback, concerns, or reports regarding any inappropriate or harmful content. This feature is displayed to every user after every match expiry in the form of safety review and additionally as app feedback automatically upon every 5 visits to the app.
4.3. Users are encouraged to report any suspicious activity, inappropriate content, or violations of our community guidelines. Our team will respond promptly to all reports and take necessary actions in accordance with our internal policies.
4.4. If any user is found to be uploading or distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Solono will take immediate action, including removal of such content and suspension of the responsible account.
4.5. We are committed to complying with all relevant laws and regulations regarding CSAM, including those stipulated by Indian authorities. In the case of confirmed CSAM, we will report it to relevant regional authorities as per Indian law.

5. Privacy Policy
5.1. The App collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which can be found on the app. By using the App, you consent to the collection, processing, and sharing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All content and materials available on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of the App or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2. Users may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the content of the App without the prior written consent of the App.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
8. Modifications to Terms
8.1. The App reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will be posted on the App. Continued use of the App after any changes to the Terms shall constitute your consent to such changes.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bengaluru, KA, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
